Hummus is a badly underrated food in the western world.
It is cheap, healthy and tasty.
It should definitely be incorporated into the diet of any human being.

Ingredients:
-Chicken beans
-Red onion
-Lemon
-Tahini (optional)

Recipe:
Open two cans of chick peas, rid of most of the water in one of them.
Empty the two cans into the mix.
Cut a lemon in half, squeeze one of the halves over the mix.
Cut a red onion in half, put one of the halves into the mix.
Put a tablespoon or two of Tahini into the mix.
Blend.
You now have hummus.


It's good to put olive oil on it.
It's good as a dip for broccoli and bread.
